Parking Enforcement Services

Being licensed by and collaborating with various municipalities, Du-guard Security Services offers comprehensive parking control services on private properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our licensed Parking Enforcement Officers strictly adhere to municipal parking by-laws and issue parking tags accordingly.

Our company’s parking enforcement officers also represent clients in court, where they present written and photographic records as needed.

We collaborate closely with our clients to enforce Parking Rules and Regulations on their properties, ensuring penalties are applied to drivers who violate these rules. Du-guard Security Services ensures that appropriate signage is prominently displayed on clients’ properties before initiating tagging or towing of illegally parked vehicles.

The City of Toronto, the largest municipality in the Greater Toronto Area, is currently in the process of updating and consolidating previous by-laws from the seven former municipal governments. Our MLEO officers stay updated on all new parking by-laws approved by local city councils to ensure compliance.
